Getting healthier comes down to cultivating healthy habit change. People generally know what they should be doing but most people struggle to be consistent with regular exercise, eating well and managing stress. Dr Kaitlin Harkess, Clinical Psychologist, yoga and meditation teacher, explains why a lot of people struggle to do what they know is good for them, and give her top tips on how to tackle that through our mindset and awareness.
